Commercial deck ovens have a wide, rectangular and flat baking area. A deck oven can have one or more ‘decks’, which when stacked can work independently of each other. Deck ovens are used in a wide range of cooking applications. The most obvious is pizza, but bread and baking also use deck ovens.
