Convection Steamers
Convection steamers or steam ovens, move steam around an oven to cook food. This has many advantages and some disadvantages. Food cooked with a convection steamer (or any other type of steamer oven) tends to retain its flavour well. Furthermore, the fat content tends to be reduced and the vitamin content tends to be retained. Convection steamers are however unable to brown-off food.
